Shahnawaz Chef of Restaurant Delhi Délice, whose experiences have led him to several large hotels and renowned restaurants in Delhi (Sheraton “Bukhara”, Taj, Intercontinental) put down his suitcases for more than 15 years in the south of France.
It will make you travel with colorful dishes, with multiple flavours and spices adapted to the taste and the palate of each one.
